1. Shipping Zones & Charges

We understand that corporate gifting often involves multiple destinations. Our shipping structure is designed to be transparent and cost-effective.

• Within Mumbai (Local):

  • Shipping Charge: FREE

  • We offer complimentary shipping for all orders delivered within Mumbai.

• Outside Mumbai (Rest of India):

  • Shipping Charge: Extra as per actuals.

  • For deliveries outside Mumbai, shipping charges are not included in the product price. They will be calculated based on actual carrier rates and billed separately.

2. How Shipping Costs are Calculated (The “Actuals”)

Since corporate gifts vary greatly in size and contents, we do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” shipping rate. The shipping charges for orders outside Mumbai are calculated based on two factors:

• Weight: The heavier the consignment, the higher the shipping cost.

• Volume (Dimensional Weight): Bulky but lightweight items (like hamper baskets) may be charged based on the space they occupy in the delivery vehicle. Carriers charge the higher of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.

Note: You will be informed of the exact shipping charges before the final invoice is generated, ensuring complete transparency.

3. Order Processing Time

• Once an order is placed, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing, packaging, and quality checks.

• This is a corporate desk-to-desk service; items are generally dispatched in bulk to a single location unless specific “direct-to-employee” shipping arrangements are made.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Mumbai: Typically 1-3 business days after dispatch (depending on location within the city).

• Other Metros (Outside Mumbai): Typically 3-5 business days after dispatch.

• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Typically 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Timelines are estimates and depend on the courier partner’s serviceability in your specific area. During festive seasons, slight delays may occur.

5. Shipping Partners

We partner with major logistics providers (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and local courier services) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your gifts across India.

6. Bulk Orders & Special Requests

For large corporate orders or pan-India deliveries where gifts need to be shipped to different employee addresses, please contact your Regalo account manager. We will provide a consolidated shipping plan and cost breakdown based on actual weight and volume.
